Broiled Trout

A great fish dish with a little crunch and lots of flavor. (Originally from Just 3 Steps)
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chopped toasted hazelnuts
2 tablespoons ground almonds
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs, white or 4 tablespoons whole wheat
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
4 (6 ounce) brown trout fillets
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler to medium heat.
2. In a large bowl mix cheese, breadcrumbs, and nuts.
3. In another medium bowl beat the milk and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Rinse trout, pat dry, and coat in flour.
5. Dip in egg/milk mixture and then turn to coat in breadcrumb mixture.
6. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden and cooked through, turning once.
