For those that like curry this is a simple and nice presenting side. Serve on any leaf green as a base. Lip smacking way to get your vitamin C! Variations can include cooked bacon, molasses, garlic. Experiment. Ingredients:
8 small tomatoes |
sugar, salt and pepper (or sub lemon pepper for salt) |
butter |
curry powder |
Directions:
1. scoop out the tops of the tomatoes 2. sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper 3. ass 1/2 pat butter in each 4. sprinkle well with curry powder 5. broil for 15 minutes under low broil heat |
