2 large tomatoes |
2 tablespoons reduced-fat olive oil vinaigrette |
2 teaspoons salt-free garlic and herb blend |
2 tablespoons preshredded fresh parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons italian-seasoned breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Cut each tomato into 4 slices; place tomato slices on a broiler pan. Drizzle with vinaigrette; sprinkle with salt-free garlic and herb blend. 3. Combine cheese and breadcrumbs; sprinkle over tomato slices. 4. Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts. |
