A quick, healthy tomato side dish. Ingredients:
tomatoes |
olive oil |
italian seasoning |
sea salt |
fresh garlic |
fresh grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Slice tomatoes sideways or zig-zag cut and place into a lightly sprayed baking pan. 2. Drizzle olive oil over the tomato. 3. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, sea salt, garlic and top with Parmesan cheese. 4. Broil on high for about 5 minutes approximately 5-6 from the broiler or until the cheese has a slight tanned color. 5. Serve immediately. |
