Ingredients:
1 pound sirloin steak, 1/2-inch-thick |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
dash of pepper |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Cut steak into 4 serving-size pieces; season with salt and pepper. Broil 4 inches from heating element 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. 2. Combine butter and parsley; pour over hot steaks, and serve immediately. |
