Delicious, Quick and Easy Seafood broiled in butter,Himalayan salt, Lemon & Rosemary
Ingredients:
shrimp
calamari
scallops
1 whole lemon sliced
himalayan salt - according to taste
pepper - according to taste
rosemary bunch
garlic salt - 1/4 teaspoon
1/4 stick of butter
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. Spread out the seafood on a large broiler-proof dish/pan. Sprinkle salt, garlic salt and pepper generously over the seafood and then pour melted butter over it. Evenly spread sprigs of fresh rosemary and the sliced lemon around the seafood. Broil for 10 minutes.
