1 lb shrimp (cleaned,peeled) |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
4 teaspoons chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Combine olive oil, garlic and parsley. 2. Roll the shrimp in mixture and broil until pink (about five minutes). |
