1 1/2 pounds cod fillets |
1 teaspoon butter, melted |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon dried tarragon |
1 pinch ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil. 2. Place the cod fillets on the foil, and brush with butter. Season with lemon juice, tarragon, and black pepper; sprinkle with sesame seeds. 3.
