Broiled Salmon with Curried Honey Glaze |

A handful of ingredients and only 13 minutes are all you need to turn salmon into a sweet and tangy entrée with a beautiful amber-colored glaze. Serve with steamed sugar snap peas and rice to complete the meal. Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey |
2 teaspoons curry powder |
4 teaspoons county-style dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick) |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir until smooth. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush honey mixture over fillets. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
