Broiled Salmon With Black Pepper and Lime Rub |

Quick, simple, healthy and delicious. Ingredients:
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets (about 3/4 inch thick) |
2 teaspoons limes, rind of |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1 lime |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Place salmon, skin sides down, on a coated broiler pan. 3. Rub lime zest, salt, peper and garlic over the fish. 4. Broil for 7 minutes, the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. 5. Serve with lime wedges, if desired. |
