Broiled Salmon With Black Pepper and Lime Rub

Ingredients:
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets (about 3/4 inch thick)
2 teaspoons limes, rind of
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 lime
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Place salmon, skin sides down, on a coated broiler pan.
3. Rub lime zest, salt, peper and garlic over the fish.
4. Broil for 7 minutes, the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
5. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
