I have not tried this but am posting in order to make later Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets (use whole fresh salmon about 6 lbs) |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat Broiler. 2. Place fillets on broiling pan, skin side down. 3. Combine ketchup and mayonnaise and spread thickly over salmon. 4. Broil 4 inches from element for 20 minutes. 5. Serve immediatlely with lemon wedges. |
