Ingredients:
4 pounds pork spareribs, cut into 4 serving-size pieces |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1/4 cup molasses |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle both sides of spareribs with salt and pepper. Place ribs in a well-greased shallow roasting pan. Pour butter and molasses over ribs. Broil ribs 7 to 8 inches from heating element, 20 minutes on each side; baste frequently with pan drippings. |
