Ingredients:
6 (3/4-pound) rib eyes, 1 inch thick |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Place rib eyes on a well greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heating element 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Transfer rib eyes to a warm serving platter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. |
