Ingredients:
1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Place tenderloin slices on rack in broiler pan . Broil 3 to 4 inches from heating element 2 minutes on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Brush with butter, and sprinkle with salt. Serve hot. |
