Broiled Pork Chops with Robert Sauce, served with noodles and garnished with a drift of fresh dill . Ingredients:
4 (3/4-inch-thick) pork loin chops (about 1 1/4 pounds) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
hot cooked noodles |
robert sauce |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Place on rack in broiler pan 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil 5 to 6 minutes on first side; turn and broil 3 minutesor until browned. Transfer chops to a warm serving platter of hot cooked noodles. Reserve 2 tablespoons pan drippings for Robert Sauce. Spoon Robert Sauce over chops and noodles. |
