I have not tried these pork chops but they sound really good. Ingredients:
3/4 cup ketchup |
3/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
6 pork chops |
Directions:
1. Ina a saucepan, combine the first nine ingredients; bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Set aside half of the sauce. 4. Place chops on broiling pan rack. 5. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each side. 6. Brush with remaining sauce. 7. Continue broiling, turning and basting occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until juices run clear. 8. Serve with reserved sauce. |
