What a way to jazz up a bagel! Makes a fast and healthy breakfast. Ingredients:
1 bagel |
2 tablespoons cream cheese |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1 slice canned pineapple |
Directions:
1. Combine the sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl. 2. Split the bagel. 3. Spread each half of the bagel with 1 tbsp cream cheese, and top with pineapple slice. 4. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. 5. Broil 1 minute. |
