1 cored fresh pineapple, cut into 8 slices |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/3 cup flaked sweetened coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Place pineapple slices on a jelly-roll pan. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with sugar. Broil 4 minutes or until sugar melts. Sprinkle coconut over pineapple; broil 2 minutes or until coconut is toasted. |
