Super fun and easy way to cook Tilapia. Ingredients:
1 lb tilapia fillet |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (i prefer kewpie japanese mayo) |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
basil |
black pepper |
garlic powder |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT oven to broil
. 2. GREASE aluminum foil (to cover your baking pan). 3. MIX parmesan cheese, butter, mayo and lemon juice. 4. SEASON mixture to taste with basil, pepper, garlic powder (set aside). 5. ARRANGE fillets on the pan
. 6. BROIL for 3 minutes. 7. FLIP FISH FILLETS and BROIL for 2 minutes
. 8. REMOVE fillets and COVER with cheese mixture
. 9. BROIL until cheese melts (approximately 3 minutes). 10. Make sure fish flakes and is done. 11. EAT the delicious fish you've prepared! |
