Ingredients:
1 dozen unshucked oysters |
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce |
3 slices bacon, cut into pieces |
dash of paprika |
Directions:
1. Rinse oysters thoroughly in cold water. Shuck oysters, reserving deep half of shells. Arrange oysters in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. 2. Combine sauces; brush oysters with sauce mixture. Place a piece of bacon on each oyster; sprinkle with paprika. 3. Broil 4 inches from heating element 3 to 4 minutes; serve immediately. |
