This quick and easy appetizer or hors' devours goes great with little get-togethers. It can be made ahead of time and placed in the refridgerator until ready to cook. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh large mushroom |
cream cheese, room temperature |
bacon bits, fresh |
Directions:
1. Thouroghly clean mushrooms. 2. Spoon out stems. 3. Chop mushroom stems into pieces and combine with cream cheese. 4. Add bacon bits to cream cheese and mushroom mixture. 5. Spoon ingredients into the caps of the muchrooms. 6. Place onto cookie sheetand broil until tops are brown. |
