Broiled Lamb Chops With Mustard Honey Glaze |

I found this recipe online years ago and we fix this when we are a little tired of the more traditional lamb chops with mint jelly. Ingredients:
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1/4 cup honey |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
4 large shoulder lamb chops |
Directions:
1. Mix together first 5 ingredients. 2. Trim excess fat from chops; place chops on grill. 3. Generously spread chops with half of spice mixture and baste during grilling. |
