Broiled Honey-mustard Chicken Sandwiches |

A quick, tasty sandwich that is low in fat and calories. Ingredients:
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon water |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
4 (1/4 lb) boneless skinless chicken breast half |
4 sandwich buns |
1 cup shredded lettuce |
8 tomatoes, slices thin |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients. 2. Broil chicken 4 in. 3. from the heat for 3 min. 4. each side. 5. Brush with sauce. 6. Broil 4-6 min. 7. longer or until juices run clear, basting and turning several times. 8. Serve on buns with tomato and lettuce. |
