Broiled Honey-mustard Chicken Sandwiches

A quick, tasty sandwich that is low in fat and calories.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 (1/4 lb) boneless skinless chicken breast half
4 sandwich buns
1 cup shredded lettuce
8 tomatoes, slices thin
Directions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients.
2. Broil chicken 4 in.
3. from the heat for 3 min.

5. Brush with sauce.
6. Broil 4-6 min.
