Broiled Grapefruit with Port Wine |

Ingredients:
2 grapefruits |
2 tablespoons port wine |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Cut grapefruit into halves. 3. Trim a thin section of the uncut end of each half so the grapefruit can sit without wobbling. 4. Section the grapefruit. 5. Place grapefruit in a baking pan, sprinkle with wine, place pan about 2 inches from the broiler and broil about 5 minutes. 6. Watch carefully to keep them from burning. |
