Broiled Flounder with Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon hot sauce, divided
4 (6-ounce) flounder fillets
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
cooking spray
lemon wedges
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
3. Sprinkle fish with 3/4 teaspoon hot sauce, lemon juice, and next 3 ingredients. Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
4. Broil fish 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
