Broiled Flounder with Pineapple Salsa |

4 (4-ounce) flounder fillets |
butter-flavored spray |
2 teaspoons salt-free lemon-herb seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained |
3 green onions, sliced |
1/3 cup chopped radishes |
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper |
Directions:
1. Place fish on rack of a broiler pan coated with butter spray. Coat fish with butter spray; sprinkle with lemon-herb seasoning and salt. 2. Broil fish 5 1/2 inches from heat 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. 3. While fish broils, combine pineapple and remaining ingredients. Top each fillet with 1/4 cup pineapple salsa. 4. Serve immediately. |
