Broiled Fillets With Kasseri and Tomatoes |

Ingredients:
2 lbs flounder fillets, skinless (or other fish fillets) |
2 tablespoons onions, grated |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
3 tomatoes, chopped |
1/4 lb butter, melted |
1 cup kasseri cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Place fillets in a single layer in a well-greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle the top with onion, salt, pepper, and tomatoes. Drizzle butter over all the fillets and tomatoes. 3. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Sprinkle with cheese and broil 2 minutes more. |
