I love eggplant and I am always looking for new ways to make it. I also love hot sauce sooo the two meet and oooooo fire. Ingredients:
one medium to large eggplant |
3 heaping tablespoons sriracha hot chili sauce-- found in local korean market. |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Cut eggplant in to chunks 2. Mix the rest of ingredients and pour over eggplant making sure all eggplant gets the love 3. Place on a baking sheet one layer 4. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes depending on size and amount of eggplant |
