Broiled Cod in Miso Sauce |

simple, very flavorful, and pretty healthy, too Ingredients:
6 tablespoons white miso |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/4 cup mirin |
1/4 cup sake |
4 (6 ounce) sea bass fillets or 4 black cod fish fillets |
Directions:
1. Mix first four ingredients in shallow baking dish. 2. Add fish and turn to coat. 3. Cover dish tightly and refrigerate 2-4 hours. 4. Prehead broiler. 5. Remove fish from marinade. 6. Broil until just opaque in the center, about three minutes per side. |
