dinner Ingredients:
12 oz skinless boneless chicken breast halves |
1 1/2 clove garlic minced |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chicken on both sides with garlic, basil, thyme and 2. pepper. 3. Arrange chicken in shallow bowl. 4. orange juice and pour over chicken. 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 6. Place chicken on broiler pan. 7. Set temperature control at Broil 500 degrees F. 8. Arrange oven rack so chicken is about 4 inches from heat. 9. Broil, turning, about 6 minutes per side or until fork can be 10. inserted in chicken with ease. 11. Sprinkle with salt and serve with wild rice, pouring pan 12. drippings over rice. |
