Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus, trimmed |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
kosher salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat broiler. On a baking sheet, toss the asparagus with the oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper to coat. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer and broil, shaking the baking sheet occasionally, until tender and slightly charred, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a platter. |
