Imagine a raw foodist sitting on the floor eating with his hands...this is what he would be eating Ingredients:
2 bunches kale (ribs removed) |
3 carrots |
2 celery stalks |
2 small tomatoes |
1 medium beet |
1 small onion |
2 cloves garlic |
1/4 cup (or more) fresh herbs |
2 avocadoes |
juice of 1 lemon |
1/4 cup honey or agave |
salt & pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Finely chop kale, carrots, beet, celery, tomatoes and onion. Mince garlic and herbs. Mash avocadoes. Add salt, pepper and honey/agave. Mix together. Eat with your hands. |
