This fresh brocolli salad will have even the non vegie eaters eating this!
Ingredients:
3 cups of fresh brocolli flourettes
1/3 cup of red onion(sliced juillien thin)
1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds(no shells)
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 - 1/2 cup of mayo
2 tbs of granulated sugar
2 tsp of apple cidar vinegar( more for tang!)
Directions:
1. Just put all fresh vegies and seeds in large serving bowl. 2. In a small mixing bowl blend together mayo and sugar until creamy than add the vinegar. Place over salad and toss until well mixed in. 3. Serve!
