Sweet, crunchy, quick and super easy!
Ingredients:
4 cups raw brocolli, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup miracle whip lite
1 tbl splenda no calorie
1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Put first three ingredients into a large bowl.
2. Mix the last three ingredients in a small bowl and add a small amount of water to make a dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the brocolli mixture and stir until all of the brocolli is coated.
