Broccolini with Lemon and Garlic |

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter-flavored yogurt-based spread (such as brummel and brown) |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
4 cups broccolini (about 2 bunches) |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat yogurt-based spread in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add broccolini and lemon juice; sauté 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. |
