You can use this as a vegetable dish if you use large pieces of broccoli. Delicious! Ingredients:
1 package frozen chopped broccoli |
1 stick butter |
1 large onion - chopped |
2 cloves garlic - chopped |
1 small package blanched almonds |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 large can mushroom pieces (drained or fresh) |
1 tube kraft garlic cheese( if not available, use cheddar) |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain broccoli as directed 2. Saute onion, garlic & almonds in butter - add this mixture to broccoli. 3. Add mushroom soup, mushrooms & cheese to above mixture & simmer til all are blended & smooth. 4.
