Broccoli With Soy Sauce

This is quick and easy and makes broccoli a bit more exciting.
Ingredients:
450 g broccoli
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Trim the broccoli into florets.
2. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and boil the broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
3. Drain and keep the broccoli warm.
4. Fry the garlic for 2 minutes, then add the broccoli and soy sauce. Turn to coat the broccoli evenly.
5. Warm through and then serve.
