Broccoli with Pimiento Cheese Sauce |

Use any leftover sauce along with your leftover turkey to make a delicious open-faced sandwich. Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh broccoli, cut into spears |
pimiento cheese sauce |
1 cup soft white breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Arrange broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover, and steam 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. 2. Arrange broccoli in a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Pour Pimiento Cheese Sauce evenly over broccoli. 3. Combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, and Parmesan cheese; sprinkle evenly over cheese sauce. 4. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
