1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Wash, drain and dry broccoli. Lightly steam.

3. In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, lemon juice, and mustard. Blend well.
4. Serve as a dipping sauce with broccoli.
