Broccoli With Garlic Butter and Cashews |

A Southern Living recipe I'm posting here to try later. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs broccoli, washed and cut into long spears |
1/3 cup butter |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1/3 cup roasted cashews |
Directions:
1. Boil broccoli 6 minute until crisp-tender, drain and set aside. 2. Melt butter in saucepan and add remaining ingredients (except for cashews) and bring to a boil. 3. Remove from heat, add cashews. Pour sauce over broccoli. |
