Broccoli With Garlic And Lemon Pepper Sauce |

Ingredients:
1 pound fresh broccoli |
3 tablespoons light stick butter |
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons white wine worcestershire sauce |
1/3 cup water |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Steam broccoli, covered, 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Transfer to a serving bowl, and keep warm. 2. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic. Cook garlic, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until golden. Add lemon juice and remaining 5 ingredients; bring to a boil. Pour over broccoli; toss gently. Serve immediately. |
