Broccoli with Chowder Sauce |

Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli stems |
1 (15 ounce) can condensed new england clam chowder |
1/4 cup sour cream or 1/4 cup milk |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Arrange broccoli in greased 8 inch square baking dish. 3. In small bowl, combine chowder and sour cream; spoon over broccoli. 4. Bake 20 minutes. 5. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese. 6. Return to oven for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. 7. Refrigerate leftovers. |
