Ingredients:
1 pat butter |
1 teaspoon(s) cumin seeds |
2 teaspoon(s) ground coriander |
1 teaspoon(s) ginger-garlic paster |
1 1/4 pound(s) broccoli florets |
handful roasted cashews |
salt to taste |
2/3 cup(s) light cream |
fine strips of fresh ginger (optional) |
Directions:
1. Heat butter and add cumin seeds. As they pop, add coriander and paste. Fry for only a few seconds 2. Add broccoli, cashews, and salt. Stir and cook, adding a few teaspoons of water until broccoli just softens 3. Serve hot, drizzled with cream and fine strips of ginger |
