Broccoli with Browned Butter |

Simply delicious. Ingredients:
2 lbs broccoli |
1/3 cup butter |
3 cloves garlic, halved |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Remove broccoli floweret clusters from stems. 2. Separate flowerets. 3. Peel stems, then cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. 4. Steam broccoli until crisp-tender. 5. Cook butter with garlic in large skillet over medium-low heat until foam subsides and butter is nut-brown. 6. Immediately remove from heat and discard garlic. 7. Stir in lemon juice. 8. Add broccoli and toss to coat. 9. Season and serve. |
