Simple, quick and colorful! Ingredients:
4 teaspoons olive oil |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon water |
4 cups broccoli florets |
1 sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch strips |
1 teaspoon oregano, dried |
1 dash red pepper flakes (optional) |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a 12 inch skillet. 2. Add rest of ingredients. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 minutes. 4. Stir often. |
