Ingredients:
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon water
4 cups broccoli florets
1 sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
1 dash red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a 12 inch skillet.
2. Add rest of ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 minutes.
4. Stir often.
