Broccoli With a Garlic and Lemon Dressing |

A beautifully tasty vegetable dish with a surprising twist. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs broccoli |
salt |
1 lemon, juice and zest of |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook in a pan of boiling salted water for 3–4 minutes, or until just tender. Drain and tip into serving bowl. 2. Meanwhile, whisk together the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. 3. Toss the dressing into the drained broccoli and serve. |
