Well if your a vergetarian then this is for you its very good and not so many calories:) its good for a diet:) Ingredients:
salt & pepper |
6 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 onion, chopped fine |
2 cups cooked chopped broccoli |
4 cups cooked wild rice |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a buttered baking dish. 2. Bake in a 350-degree (F) oven for 20-30 minutes. |
