Another Yummy Broccoli dish - with extreemely low carb count and a tonn of flavour. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
1 lb broccoli floret (approx 3 + cups) |
1 cup diced tomato |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a non stick sauce pan over medium heat. 2. Saute' broccoli 2 - 3 minutes. 3. add tomatoes salt and pepper to taste. 4. cover and simmer 3 - 4 minutes or until broccoli is tender. 5. Serve. |
