This is really, really good! Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter |
1 lb velveeta cheese (cubed) |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) packages frozen broccoli, chopped |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
2 cans milk |
2 1/2 cups cooked rice |
1 medium onion (chopped) |
1/4 cup celery (chopped) |
Directions:
1. Saute onions, celery, and broccoli in butter. 2. Mix with soups diluted with milk, cooked rice, and 2/3 of grated cheese. 3. Turn into buttered 9 x 13 inch or 2 quart casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. 4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
