a very simple easy to prepare vegetable. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages broccoli spears |
1 (1 lb) package garlic cheese rolls |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained |
3/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, boil broccoli for 3 minutes,and drain. 2. Place broccoli in a 2-quart baking dish. 3. In another saucepan, combine cheese roll, soup, and mushrooms. 4. Heat on medium, stirring constantly until cheese melts. 5. Spoon cheese-mushroom mixture over broccoli. 6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over top of casserole. 7. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
